Sivakarthikeyan  also known as SK is an Indian film actor, playback singer, producer and lyricist, who mainly works in Tamil films. He made his on-screen debut with the film Marina in the year 2012 and as a singer he made his debut with the Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam title song in the year 2013.

Sivakarthikeyan was born on 17 February, 1985 in Singampuneri, Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, India. His father late G. Doss was a Jail Superintendent and his mother Raji Doss. He has a sister name not known, who is a doctor. He married to Aarthi since 27 August 2010. The couple have one daughter Aaradhana.

Sivakarthikeyan completed Bachelor of Technology in CSE and Master of Business Administration (MBA). He began his career as a television personality at Star Vijay, initially participating in reality shows, including the stand-up comedy show Kalakka Povathu Yaaru and the dance competition show Jodi Number One. He Received Twice Behindwoods Gold Medal, one Vijay Award and SIIMA Award for Best Actor.
