Amala Paul is an Indian film actress who mainly works in the South Indian film industry. She made her debut in the Malayalam film with Neelathamara in the year 2009 in supporting role and she made Tamil debut with Veerasekaran in in the year 2010. She made her Telugu debut with Bejawada in the year 2011 opposite Naga Chaitanya.

Amala Paul was born on 26 October, 1991 in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Her father named Paul Varghese and her mother Annice Paul. She has one brother Abijith Paul, who is also an actor.

Amala Paul did her primary education from Nirmala Higher Secondary School Aluva, Kerala. She completed Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communicative English From St. Teresa’s College, Kochi, Kerala. She married to film director A. L. Vijay in 2014 and ended in divorced in 2016.
