Radhika Pandit is an Indian film actress and former television actress who mainly works in Kannada cinema. She made her film debut with Moggina Manasu in the year 2008 for which she was awarded the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Actress and South Filmfare Award for Best Actress.

Radhika Pandit was born on 7 March, 1984 in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Her father Krishnaprasad Pandit, who worked for an insurance company and her mother Mangala Pandit is a housewife. She has a younger brother named Gourang Pandit. She married to Yash in 9 December 2016, who is also an actor in Kannada cinema.

Radhika Pandit did her schooling in Cluny Convent High School, Bangalore, Karnataka and she completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) course at the Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, karnataka, India. She wanted to become a teacher after completing a Master of Business Administration course. However, in 2007, during her final year in B. Com, she was persuaded by her friend to audition for a role in a Kannada language television serial, Nandagokula, directed by Ashok Kashyap.
