Sai Pallavi is an Indian film actress who mainly works in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil films. She got South Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut Actress for Premam. She made her acting debut with an uncredited role in Tamil movie Dhaam Dhoom.

She first came to public attention for her role as Malar in the 2015 Malayalam movie Premam. She was then cast alongside Dulquer Salmaan in the film Kali.
Sai Pallavi was born on 9 May 1992 in Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu. Her father Senthamarai Kannan and mother Radha. She has a younger sister, Pooja Kannan, who has also worked as an actor. Sai Pallavi grew up and was educated in Coimbatore. She completed her medical studies at the Tbilisi State Medical University in 2016.

She is also a trained dancer, she participated in the dance reality show Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva on Vijay TV in 2008, and appeared on Dhee Ultimate Dance Show (D4) on ETV Telugu.
