Anupama Parameswaran is an Indian film actress who mainly works in Telugu , Malayalam and Tamil films.She is best known for her debut role as Mary George in the 2015 Malayalam film Premam.

Anupama Parameswaran was born on 18 February, 1996 in Irinjalakuda, Kerala, India. Her father name Parameswaran and mother Sunitha Parameswaran. She has a one brother named Akshay Parameswaran.

She studied at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School and after thet she studied at CMS College Kottayam where she majored in Communicative English. Later she postponed college to pursue acting.
