Surya is an   Indian film actor, producer and television presenter primarily works in Tamil Cinema. Surya original name is Saravanan Sivakumar. He was made his on-screen debut with the movie Nerukku Ner in 1997.

He was born on 23 July, 1975 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He has worked many popular & Commercial successful movies viz., Ghajini, Perazhagan, Kaakha Kaakha, Singam, Singam II, S3, Ayan, 7aum Arivu, Maattrraan, Mass, Anjaan, 24, etc.
